For orders under £150, we offer the following shipping options:

• £4.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days)

• £8.50 – DPD Next Day Delivery* (Order by 1pm for delivery the next working day) *Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays and does not cover remote areas of Scotland.


INTERNATIONAL


We are pleased to offer international shopping with transparent, all-inclusive pricing. When you shop with us, there will be no surprise charges from your customs authority. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, including all duties and taxes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow your order every step of the way. For international orders, please allow 3-5 working days for processing while your order is transferred to our shipping partner. After that, you’ll receive tracking details from your local courier.

FAQ

How can I track my order?

For UK Orders: Once your parcel is collected by our courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This will include your tracking information from either Royal Mail or DPD.

For International Tracked Standard (Economy) Orders: Please allow 3-5 working days for processing while your order is transferred to our international shipping partner. Once your package is with your local courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

For International Express Orders: As soon as your parcel is collected, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking information.

Can I cancel/edit my order?

Once an order is placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse, and the packing process begins right away. As a result, we can't guarantee that we can cancel or change orders after payment is processed. However, if you’ve made an error with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from your courier. You may be able to make changes directly through them, if applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

I forgot to apply my welcome discount at the checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit any discounts applied to orders after payment has been processed. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. This will then allow you to place a new order with the discount applied.

Don't worry though! Your welcome discount will still be available for use on your next purchase.
