Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For our international customers, we can offer a pre-paid return shipping label at a discounted rate which will be deducted from your refund.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails you receive once your order has been placed. It will appear as something like "K12345" for easy reference.
What should I do if I have lost the Delivery Slip?
Not to worry! Simply enclose a note within your return, making sure to include your full name and order number. This will help us to identify your package and process the request you have placed through our online returns portal.
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your return has passed our quality check, we will notify you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
Please note that during peak times, it may take up to 5 days to process refunds after we receive your return. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?
We regularly update our pricing to reflect changes in trends, customer demand, and stock levels. While we understand the disappointment of seeing an item go on sale after purchase, we are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for any items purchased prior to their sale or markdown.

How can I track my order?
For UK orders: Once your parcel is collected by our courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This will include your tracking information from either Royal Mail or DPD.
For International Tracked Standard (Economy) Orders: Please allow 3-5 working days for processing while your order is transferred to our international shipping partner. Once your package is with your local courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
For International Express Orders: As soon as your parcel is collected, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking information.
Can I cancel/edit my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse, and the packing process begins right away. As a result, we can't guarantee that we can cancel or change orders after payment is processed. However, if you’ve made an error with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from your courier. You may be able to make changes directly through them, if applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
I forgot to apply my welcome discount at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit any discounts applied to orders after payment has been processed. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. This will then allow you to place a new order with the discount applied.
Don't worry though—your welcome discount will still be available for use on your next purchase!
