RETURNS POLICY

We sincerely hope you are happy with your KESTIN purchase. If you change your mind we are happy to offer a refund or, for UK customers, an exchange, on any unsuitable items, including sale, provided we receive your return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Refunds will be issued on to the original method of payment and can be expected within 7 business days. Alternatively, if you would prefer to shop with us again, you can request store credit, which will be issued as a digital gift card that you can use online or in-store.

We ask that items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with all labels still attached, and in their original protective packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that appear worn, washed or are no longer in a resaleable condition.This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.


ONLINE PURCHASES

For now, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any unwanted item(s) back to KESTIN.

Please make sure your item(s) are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, you are welcome to use the original packaging or a suitable alternative. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Alternatively, you can return online orders in-person at our KESTIN Flagship store in Edinburgh.

For international orders, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any import duty on items returned back to us. To help avoid extra charges, please ensure your return is clearly labeled as RETURNED GOODS when sending it back to us.

*Please note, during busier periods it may take up to 5 days to process refunds once we receive your return. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you made a purchase in-store, you can return it to our KESTIN Flagship store in Edinburgh within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, including sale items.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges within the UK. Please follow the steps below to complete the return process.

  • Visit our UK Returns Portal or click the button below to begin
  • Enter your order number (e.g. K12345, found in your order confirmation) and click START
  • Choose the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange from your order and provide the reason
  • Let us know whether you’d prefer to exchange your item or receive a refund
  • Complete your Full Name and Order Number on the Delivery Slip and enclose within your return
  • Important: This helps us process your return quickly and accurately for a smooth refund or exchange
  • Ensure your items are securely packaged and the return address (provided below) is on your package
  • Post the package back to us and we’ll take care of the rest!

REST OF WORLD RETURNS

For returns outside of the UK, we offer two return options:

  • Standard Return: You’ll be able to generate a Return Label to send back the item(s) at your own cost
  • Express Prepaid Return: Use our discounted DHL rates for a quicker return. Please note that the return postage is deducted from your refund

Please follow the steps below to complete the return process.

  • Visit our Rest of World Returns Portal or click the button below to begin
  • Enter your order number removing the ‘K’ (e.g. K12345 becomes 12345, found in your order confirmation) and click NEXT
  • Choose the item(s) you’d like to return from your order and provide the reason
  • Select between Standard Return or Express Prepaid Return
  • Once completed, a return postage label will be generated for you to print
  • Complete your Full Name and Order Number on the Delivery Slip and enclose within your return
  • Important: This helps us process your return quickly and accurately for a smooth refund or exchange
  • Ensure your items are securely packaged and the return label is attached
  • TIP: Declare your package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid extra fees
  • Post the package back to us and we’ll take care of the rest!

FAQ

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For our international customers, we can offer a pre-paid return shipping label at a discounted rate which will be deducted from your refund.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails you receive once your order has been placed. It will appear as something like "K12345" for easy reference.

What should I do if I have lost the Delivery Slip?

Not to worry! Simply enclose a note within your return, making sure to include your full name and order number. This will help us to identify your package and process the request you have placed through our online returns portal.

When can I expect my refund?

We aim to process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your return has passed our quality check, we will notify you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed.

Please note that during peak times, it may take up to 5 days to process refunds after we receive your return. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?

We regularly update our pricing to reflect changes in trends, customer demand, and stock levels. While we understand the disappointment of seeing an item go on sale after purchase, we are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for any items purchased prior to their sale or markdown.
