Transitioning from Autumn to Winter in Scotland can be challenging and requires adaptability. We encounter constantly changing conditions and unpredictable, harsh weather in both the city and the mountains. The Outdoor Garments capsule is our response to this seasonal shift, designed to provide a seamless transition between these two worlds.

A verstaile 3-layer waterproof with an adjustable for ventilation and utility storage, optimised for wet conditions year-round. The outer shell is made from 100% polyester in a smooth plain weave, sitting over a durable tricot backer and a fully taped seam construction. The 3-layer shell has been treated with a Pfc-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment.

The jacket has an adjustable fit with elasticated drawcords through the hem and hood, Velcro® cuff straps and zippered underarms for ventilation. The front is fitted with a two-way YKK Vislon zipper with an AquaGuard® lamination. With utility-style storage, it has four large patch pockets with snap-closures to the front, and side-entry zippered handwarmer pockets behind the lower patches. You’ll find two KESTIN logos – one embroidered tonally to the cuff, and one debossed to the zip-pull.

The Cuillin Down Jacket is the warmest silhouette from our Outdoor Garments capsule. The shell is made from a weather-resistant recycled polyester ripstop, with a recycled nylon micro-ripstop lining – both treated with a Pfc-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish.

The onion-stitched quilting holds a 90/10% down and feather insulation, providing 650-fill-power and one of the best warmth-to-weight ratios available. Our down meets the Responsible Down Standard criteria. Features include a two-way YKK zipper, subtle in-seam zippered handwarmer pockets and internal elasticated pouches. The fit of the jacket is adjustable with drawcords through the hood and hem and elasticated bound cuffs. We’ve embroidered a tonal logo to the left cuff.

The Nevis Fleece Jacket is a classic, heritage-inspired midlayer from the Outdoor Garments capsule. The fleece has a low-profile pile exterior and a super soft brushed inner, over a knitted backer made from a lightweight polyester (85% recycled). 

It has technical nylon ripstop overlays to the chest and forearms, also used on the trims. The jacket’s features include zippered handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket, a two-way YKK zipper and an adjustable fit with an elasticated drawcord through the hem and elasticated bound cuffs. Our logo is tonally embroidered to the chest.

The Glenmore Fleece Vest is the lightest layering piece of the Outdoor Garments capsule, which is a collection of transitional layering silhouettes designed for the harsh Scottish Autumn-to-Winter shift. The fleece has a low-profile pile exterior and a super soft brushed inner, made from a lightweight polyester (85% recycled).

It has technical nylon ripstop overlay to the rear shoulders, also used on the trims. Features include a two-way YKK zipper, patch handwarmer pockets and a zippered chest pocket. It has elasticated bound trim to the arms holes and a drawcord through the hem. A tonal KESTIN logo is embroidered to the back of the neck.
